Theo Wheeler completed his Software Engineer Apprenticeship

It is with immense pleasure to inform you that Theo Wheeler has completed his apprenticeship at Mercury xRM with flying colours as a Level 4 BCS Software Engineer (Let’s give him a virtual round of applause 👏👏👏).His experience during this apprenticeship brought about some obstacles as well as some opportunities. Thankfully, his experience brought about more opportunities for Theo, let’s look at some of these:

• The opportunity to transfer his knowledge and skills that he learnt into real life customer scenarios.His learning journey with Dynamic's 365.
• His working relationship with Shabaaz Afzal, Theo says “He has fully helped me throughout the apprenticeship programme as my in-work mentor even during unsociable hours”
• And lastly, Theo mentions his standout feature in Mercury xRM as being the “Power of Search”

Theo goes on to say his “Wow” moment over the last 2 years was being able to attend Future Decoded (back when events were the norm) as well as being able to learn more about the industry including Microsoft and their innovate technology such as AI and Machine Learning.All of us here at Mercury are proud of you!
