As Head of Operations, Kirsty brings a decade of experience in recruitment technology and operational leadership. She combines deep platform knowledge with a hands-on, practical approach to improving delivery, efficiency and client outcomes. Kirsty works closely across teams to ensure Mercury operates at a high standard while continuing to scale and innovate for recruitment businesses. Outside of work, Kirsty is a mum of two and enjoys reading and cooking when time allows.
