Choosing a Microsoft platform to future-proof your recruitment technology investment is a smart move, as is selecting a solution built by former recruitment professionals.
As a Microsoft Gold Partner, securing and maintaining competencies for our company, customers and staff is important to us and more recently we were proud to be recognised in Microsoft’s Partner of the Year Awards.
The Mercury team was filled with pride as we celebrated recognition as the Best Talent Tech Company to Work For at the US TALiNT TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards.
The judges praised Mercury for “promoting an inclusive culture that values autonomy and incentivizes personal development through vocational qualifications, enabling their employees to enhance their skills in their current role and future career path”.

Mercury has been awarded Microsoft Solutions Partner status in the Business Applications designation.
Microsoft’s move from the previous Gold/Silver Partner tiers to the newly structured ‘designations’ system provides a more comprehensive and nuanced recognition of partners’ capabilities. To achieve a designation, partners must meet a multifaceted set of criteria across three core areas: business performance, upskilling of staff, and customer success.
Microsoft sets stringent metrics and eligibility criteria, and our achievement reflects Mercury’s high standards and the value we bring to our customer base.
“We are immensely proud of this recognition. It signifies not just our alignment with Microsoft’s standards but also our commitment to pushing boundaries and delivering unmatched value to our customers,” says Richard Liddington, CTO at Mercury. “Everyone at Mercury has played a part in reaching this milestone with their dedication, expertise, and passion for excellence. This achievement belongs to every single member of our team”.
