New Client Portals launched
The team at Mercury has announced the latest feature for forward-thinking recruiters – the Mercury Client Portal.The Client Portal allows Mercury clients to offer their clients a web-based service that enables hiring managers to access vacancies, candidates, placements and contractor timesheets on a web-based service that can be branded with the Agency's logo.The Portals come from client insight telling us that processes are delayed by the back-and-forth of chasing activity, following up on CVs and getting interview feedback. Hiring Managers sometimes felt disconnected from the process and unclear about the next actions.The Portal shares information about Candidates put forward for vacancies and provides the hiring manager with a channel to give feedback, shortlist, request interviews, and reject or move candidates through the process. It brings hiring managers closer to the process and keeps them on track – helping forge stronger client relationships.
