As Business Activity Grows, So Does the Demand for Talent
New data reported by Staffing Industry Analysts shows US businesses are adding more workers as demand continues to grow, with employment in October reaching its second-highest level in four years. Manufacturing headcount also increased at its fastest pace since 2012.
For staffing businesses, that's an encouraging signal. But increased hiring demand also brings increased pressure to deliver.
As clients look to grow, recruiters need to be able to move quickly, identify the right talent and make the most of every opportunity already sitting within their business.
That means having the right foundations in place. Connected data, intelligent automation and AI can help staffing teams reduce manual work, surface opportunities faster and give consultants more time to focus on candidates and clients.
With further investment in AI and related technologies expected to support workforce demand, the opportunity isn't simply to manage more activity. It's to use technology to turn that activity into growth.
